Arrival & departure
Our rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11.00 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room next to reception.
Please remember to hand in your room card on departure!

Doctor or pharmacy
If you need a doctor or something from the pharmacy, our reception staff will be happy to provide you with information about consultation hours and opening times.

Car rental
We will be happy to put you in touch with a car rental service on request. Please contact our reception team.

Baby cribs
On request and subject to availability, an additional baby crib is available for € 10.00 per night. Please inform us of your request when you make your reservation or contact our reception staff on site.

Bathrobe
You can borrow a bathrobe on request and for a deposit of € 15.00 at reception or in your room.

Bathroom stool
If you need a stool for the bathroom, please contact our reception.

Bank
In the center of Königslutter you will find a Volksbank, a Sparkasse and a post office, each of which also has an ATM. Directions can be obtained from reception if required.

Bar
The popular SKY bar is open to all guests from Monday to Saturday from 5.00 pm. With a view of the tennis hall and with cool drinks and a small snack menu, you can watch the latest sporting events on 2 large TV sets via SKY. Direct dial – 416

Billiards
You will find a billiards table with a coin slot in the bowling alley area, which is open daily from 5.00 pm.

Brunch
On selected Sundays and public holidays, we welcome you to our AVALON brunch with a glass of sparkling wine from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm, subject to prior reservation. Prices on request.

Ironing service
Please contact our reception if you require an ironing board and iron in your room. We are also happy to offer you an ironing service. You will find more information on this in your room locker.

Electronic devices
If required, you can borrow an adapter for international power plugs and various charging cables for your electronic devices from our hotel reception.

Bicycles
The area surrounding the hotel is ideal for long bike tours. Please ask at reception for cycling / hiking maps. In front of the hotel there is a bicycle storage and repair station.
Special note: A lockable station is available in front of the hotel entrance for charging e-bike batteries. Due to the risk of fire, it is not permitted to take batteries into the hotel room.

In Königslutter, RADHAUS AM ELM rents out e-bikes and accessories and can be contacted at www.radhausamelm.de or by phone on 05353/9904097.

The company SCHLIEßER BIKE from Schöningen offers the rental of e-bikes and bicycles with delivery/pick-up service, and can be reached by phone at 05352/8866.

Fitness & Wellness
Work out in our fitness room after a busy day. Use of the equipment is included for our hotel guests. You will receive the key at our reception.

Breakfast buffet
Our extensive breakfast buffet is ready for you:

Pets
Of course, we also welcome pets traveling with you. We charge a service fee of € 10.00 per pet and night. Your room will also be cleaned daily by our housekeeping team.
However, out of consideration for our other guests, it is not permitted to take them to breakfast, the restaurant or the hotel bar.

Internet & WLAN
Throughout the hotel building, our hotel guests have the opportunity to go online wirelessly with their own smartphone or laptop (provider: Hotsplots). To do this, go to the Internet and confirm the terms and conditions in the settings. You can then log in directly!

Skittles & bowling
In the congress area there is a bowling alley with 1 plank and 1 scissors lane, as well as 4 bowling lanes. This area is open daily from 5.00 p.m. Lanes can be reserved via reception.
Non-alcoholic drinks are available from a vending machine. Other drinks can be purchased in the hotel bar.

Additional pillows or comforters are available for you at reception on request.

Media service
You are welcome to send us files by email, which our reception team will print out for you for a fee. You can also have fax messages sent at our reception desk for a fee.

Swimming pool & sauna
The swimming pool area is available to our hotel guests on Mondays from 14:00 to 22:00 and Tuesdays to Sundays from 06:00 to 22:00.
The sauna is available daily from 17:00 to 22:00.
Use is already included in the room rate.

• Bath and sauna towels are available in the entrance area
• Bathrobes are available at reception for a € 15.00 deposit.
• if you would like to use the sauna, please inform reception one hour in advance
• But don’t forget your room key, which is also the key to the swimming pool

Conferences
In our congress and conference area, we have 15 conference rooms of different sizes and a congress hall for up to 500 people. All rooms have natural daylight and are equipped with our standard technology. Ask at reception for our banquet folder with attractive conference packages and accommodation prices.

The tennis center has 4 indoor courts with a granulate surface (can be played on with clean outdoor shoes) and 4 outdoor courts with a red ash surface. Ask at reception for free playing times!

You can obtain tickets for the AUTOSTADT in Wolfsburg from our hotel reception.

Room cleaning/linen change
During your stay, your room will be cleaned by our housekeeping team every 2 days.
If you would like an additional cleaning service or linen change, please contact our reception by 10 p.m. the day before.

You are welcome to have drinks and meals in your hotel room for a service charge. Our room service offers

Room keycard
