Arrival and departure
Our rooms are available as of 02:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of your departure, please vacate the room until 11:00 a.m. You can deposit your luggage in our room next to the reception desk.
Please remember to return your room card upon your departure!

Baby beds
If you wish, you can have a baby cot delivered to your room upon request and subject to availability for a price of €10.00 per night. Please state your request when making your reservation or contact our reception staff on site.

Bank
In the centre of Königslutter, you will find a Volksbank, a Sparkasse and a post office, which all have ATMs. You can obtain directions at the reception desk if necessary.

Bathrobes
If you wish, you can obtain a loan bathrobe with a refundable deposit of 15,00 €, at the reception desk or in your room.

Bathroom stool
If you need a stool for the bathroom, please contact the reception desk.

Bar
The popular SKY-Bar meeting place is open for all guests, from Monday till Saturday as of 5:00 p.m.
With a view into the tennis centre and with cool drinks, as well as a small snack menu, you can follow current sporting events via SKY on two large television sets.

Bicycles
The area surrounding the hotel is ideal for long bike tours. Please ask at reception for cycling/hiking maps. There is a bicycle storage area and a repair station in front of the hotel.
Special note: Due to the risk of fire, it is not permitted to bring e-bike batteries with you into the hotel rooms.

In Königslutter, the RADHAUS AM ELM rents out e-bikes and accessories and can be reached at www.radhausamelm.de or by calling phone 05353/9904097.

The company SCHLIEßER BIKE from Schöningen offers the rental of e-bikes and bicycles with a delivery/collection service and can be reached at phone 05352/8866.

Billiard
A coin-slot billiard table can be found in the skittles and bowling alley area, which is open every day as of 05:00 p.m.

Blankets
We keep additional blankets and pillows ready for you at the reception if requested.

Breakfast buffet
Our rich breakfast buffet is open for you:

• Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:00 a.m. and
• Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 10:30 a.m.

Brunch
On certain Sundays and bank holidays, we will welcome you with a glass of sparkling wine to try our AVALON-Brunch, from 11:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m., after prior reservation. All prices on request.

Conferences
There are 15 conference rooms and a congress hall available in our congress and conference area, for 5 to 500 people. All rooms have windows and are equipped with our standard technology. Ask the reception for our “banquet portfolio” with attractive conference rates and accommodation prices.

Doctor or pharmacy
If you need a doctor or something from the pharmacy, our receptionists will be glad to provide you with consultation and opening time information.

Drinks offer
At our reception desk, you can obtain cooled alcohol-free drinks, beer and sparkling wine at any time.

Electronic devices
If necessary, you can borrow an adapter for international power plugs and various charging cables for your electronic devices at our hotel reception.

Are you planning a family celebration, a company party or an anni-ersary? We can offer you the best conditions for a successful event:

Throughout the hotel building, our hotel guests have the option of going online wirelessly with their own smartphone or laptop (provider: Hotsplots). To do this, go to the Internet and confirm the terms and conditions in the settings. After that you can log in directly!

Ironing service
Please contact the reception if you require an ironing board and an iron in your room. We also offer an ironing service. You will find more information about this in the storage compartment of your room wardrobe.

Laundry & ironing service
Guest laundry washing service (deposit before 09:00 a.m., return within 48 hours.
Ironing service or washing and ironing guest laundry (deposit before 09:00 a.m., return within 12 hours).

Leisure

You are welcome to send us files by email, which our reception team will print out for you for a fee. You can also have fax messages sent at our reception for a fee.

In the breakfast room you will find the regional daily newspaper BRAUNSCHWEIGER ZEITUNG.
We have a free selection of magazines available for you at reception.

Pets
Of course, your pets traveling with you are also “welcome”. We charge a service fee of €10.00 per animal and night. Your room will also be cleaned daily by our housekeeping team.
However, out of consideration for our other guests, it is not permitted to take them to breakfast, to the restaurant or to the hotel bar.

Pillows
We keep additional blankets and pillows ready for you at the reception if requested.

Post
You can deposit post to be sent at the reception desk. We also have a wide variety of postcards, good wishes cards and fitting stamps for sale.

Various radio programs are available via the television.

Room cleaning and laundry change
During your stay your room will be taken care of by our housekeeping team every 2 days.
If you would like additional cleaning service or linen change, please contact our reception by 10:00 p.m. the day before.

Room key card
Your key card lets you access your hotel room and the swimming pool and sauna area. Please return your room key card to the reception upon departure, as we of course prefer to re-use them.

Sauna & Swimming pool
The swimming pool area is available for our hotel guests on
Mondays  from 02:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and
Tuesday to Sunday from 06:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Our sauna can be used from 05:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily.
Usage is already included in the overnight price.

• swimming and sauna towels are available in the entrance of the area
• you can obtain bathrobes for a € 15.00 deposit at the reception.
• if you would like to use the sauna, please inform the reception one hour in advance
• do not forget your room key, which is also the key to the swimming pool area

Sewing supplies
We can provide you with sewing supplies upon request at the reception desk.

Shoe polishing service
There is a shoe-polishing device on the ground floor near the reception. We also have shoe polishing supplies for sale at the reception.

Skittles & bowling
There is a bowling facility in the congress area, with two different type alleys, as well as 4 tenpin bowling courses. This area is open as of 05:00 p.m. every day, the alleys can be reserved at the reception.
Alcohol-free drinks are available from a drink vending machine in this area. You can buy more drinks at the hotel bar.

Whether you want to go to the train station or the airport. We would be happy to order a taxi for you. Please contact our reception staff!
