Arrival & departure
Our rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11.00 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room next to reception. Please remember to hand in your room card on departure!

Doctor or pharmacy
If you need a doctor or something from the pharmacy, our reception staff will be happy to provide you with information about consultation hours and opening times.

Car rental
We will be happy to put you in touch with a car rental service on request. Please contact our reception team.

Baby cribs
On request and subject to availability, an additional baby crib is available for an extra charge of € 10.00 per night. Please let us know when you make your reservation or contact our reception staff on site.

Bathrobe
You can borrow a bathrobe from reception on request and for a service charge.

Bank
In the center of Königslutter you will find a Volksbank, a Sparkasse and a post office, each of which also has an ATM. Directions can be obtained from reception if required.

Bar
The popular SKY bar is open to all guests from Monday to Saturday from 5.00 pm. With a view of the tennis hall and with cool drinks and a small snack menu, you can watch the latest sporting events on 2 large TV sets via SKY. Direct dial -416

Comforters & pillows
We have extra comforters or pillows available for you at reception on request.

Billiards
You will find a coin-operated pool table in the bowling alley area, which is open daily from 5.00 pm.

Brunch
On selected Sundays and public holidays, we welcome you to our AVALON brunch from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. with a glass of sparkling wine. Prices on request. Information and reservation under direct dial -406

Ironing service
Please contact our reception if you require an ironing board and iron in your room. We are also happy to offer you an ironing service. You will find more information on this in your room locker.

Shower stool
If you need a stool for showering, please contact our reception.

Electronic devices
If required, you can borrow an adapter for international power plugs and various charging cables for your electronic devices from our hotel reception.

Bicycles
The area surrounding the hotel is ideal for long bike tours. Please ask at reception for cycling / hiking maps. In front of the hotel there is a bicycle storage and repair station.
Special note: A lockable station is available in front of the hotel entrance for charging e-bike batteries. Due to the risk of fire, it is not permitted to take batteries into the hotel room.
In Königslutter, RADHAUS AM ELM rents out e-bikes and accessories and can be contacted at www.radhausamelm.de or by phone on 05353/9904097. The company SCHLIEßER BIKE from Schöningen can be contacted on 05352/8866 and offers e-bike and bicycle rental with delivery/pick-up service.

Fitness & wellness
Work out in our fitness room after a strenuous day. Use of the equipment is included for our hotel guests from 06:00 to 22:00. You will receive the key at our reception.

Pets
Your pets are of course also welcome. We charge a service fee per pet and night. Your room will be cleaned daily by our housekeeping team. However, out of consideration for our other hotel guests, dogs are not allowed at breakfast, in the restaurant or in the hotel bar.

Internet & WiFi
Throughout the hotel building, our hotel guests have the opportunity to go online wirelessly with their own smartphone or laptop (provider: Hotsplots). To do this, connect to the internet with your device and confirm the terms and conditions in the settings. You can then log in directly!

Skittles & bowling
In the congress area, a bowling alley with 1 plank and 1 scissors lane, as well as 4 bowling lanes are available in the basement. This area is open daily from 5.00 p.m. Lanes can be reserved via reception. Selected cold drinks are available from a coin-operated drinks machine. Other drinks can be purchased in the hotel bar.

Cosmetics/hygiene products

Safe
The central safe at reception provides a safe place to store valuables. Please note the disclaimer for valuables stored in your room.

You will find a shoe shine machine on the first floor near reception. We also have shoe cleaning equipment for sale at reception.

Swimming pool & sauna
The swimming pool area is available to our hotel guests on Mondays from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm and Tuesdays to Sundays from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. The sauna is available daily from 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Use of the sauna is included in the price of your stay.

• Bath and sauna towels are available in the entrance area
• Bathrobes are available at reception for a service charge.
• If you would like to use the sauna, please inform reception at least one hour in advance.
• Your room card also opens the door to the swimming pool and sauna area

Conferences
In our congress and conference area, we have 15 conference rooms of different sizes and a congress hall for up to 500 people. All rooms have natural daylight and are equipped with our standard technology. Ask at reception for our banquet folder with attractive conference packages and accommodation prices.

Tennis
The tennis center has 4 indoor courts with a granulate surface (can be played on with clean outdoor shoes) and 4 outdoor courts with a red ash surface. Ask at reception for free playing times!

You will find the regional daily newspaper BRAUNSCHWEIGER ZEITUNG in the breakfast room. We have a free selection of special magazines available for you at reception.

Room cleaning/linen change
During your stay, your room will be cleaned by our housekeeping team every 2 days. If you would like an additional cleaning service or linen change, please contact our reception by 10.00 pm the day before.
