Arrival & departure<\/strong>
Our rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11.00 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room next to reception. Please remember to hand in your room card on departure!<\/strong><\/p>

Doctor or pharmacy<\/strong>
If you need a doctor or something from the pharmacy, our reception staff will be happy to provide you with information about consultation hours and opening times.<\/p>

Car rental<\/strong>
We will be happy to put you in touch with a car rental service on request. Please contact our reception team. <\/p>

Baby cribs<\/strong>
On request and subject to availability, an additional baby crib is available for an extra charge of \u20ac 10.00 per night. Please let us know when you make your reservation or contact our reception staff on site. <\/p>

Bathrobe<\/strong>
You can borrow a bathrobe from reception on request and for a service charge.<\/p>

Bank<\/strong>
In the center of K\u00f6nigslutter you will find a Volksbank, a Sparkasse and a post office, each of which also has an ATM. Directions can be obtained from reception if required. <\/p>

Bar<\/strong>
The popular SKY bar is open to all guests from Monday to Saturday from 5.00 pm. With a view of the tennis hall and with cool drinks and a small snack menu, you can watch the latest sporting events on 2 large TV sets via SKY. Direct dial -416<\/strong><\/p>

Comforters & pillows<\/strong>
We have extra comforters or pillows available for you at reception on request.<\/p>

Billiards<\/strong>
You will find a coin-operated pool table in the bowling alley area, which is open daily from 5.00 pm.<\/p>

Brunch<\/strong>
On selected Sundays and public holidays, we welcome you to our AVALON brunch from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. with a glass of sparkling wine. Prices on request. Information and reservation under direct dial -406<\/strong><\/p>

Ironing service<\/strong>
Please contact our reception if you require an ironing board and iron in your room. We are also happy to offer you an ironing service. You will find more information on this in your room locker. <\/p>

Shower stool<\/strong>
If you need a stool for showering, please contact our reception.<\/p>

Electronic devices<\/strong>
If required, you can borrow an adapter for international power plugs and various charging cables for your electronic devices from our hotel reception.<\/p>

Bicycles<\/strong>
The area surrounding the hotel is ideal for long bike tours. Please ask at reception for cycling \/ hiking maps. In front of the hotel there is a bicycle storage and repair station.
Special note: A lockable station is available in front of the hotel entrance for charging e-bike batteries. Due to the risk of fire, it is not permitted to take batteries into the hotel room. <\/strong>

The company SCHLIE\u00dfER BIKE from Sch\u00f6ningen can be contacted on 05352\/8866 and offers e-bike and bicycle rental with delivery\/pick-up service.<\/p>

Fitness & wellness<\/strong>
Work out in our fitness room after a strenuous day. Use of the equipment is included for our hotel guests from 06:00 to 22:00. You will receive the key at our reception. <\/p>
